Deposits & Funding

How do I deposit funds?

To deposit funds, log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard. Click the "Deposit" button on the asset card you wish to fund (e.g., Bitcoin). Copy the unique wallet address provided or scan the QR code. Send the funds from your external wallet. Once sent, copy the Transaction ID (TXID) and paste it into the verification box to confirm your deposit.

Where can I find my Transaction ID (TXID)?

A Transaction ID (TXID) or Hash is a unique string that identifies your transaction on the blockchain. You can find it in the withdrawal history of the wallet or exchange you sent funds from. It usually looks like a long string of random characters (e.g., 8a3b2c...).

How long do deposits take?

Deposits are usually credited immediately after you submit the Transaction ID and our system verifies it on the blockchain. However, network congestion can sometimes cause delays of 10-30 minutes. If your deposit isn't reflected after 1 hour, please contact support.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw my profits?

Go to your dashboard and click the "Withdraw" button on the relevant asset. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your destination wallet address. Review the details and confirm. Withdrawals are processed securely by our team.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Star Investment does not charge hidden fees. However, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) may apply depending on the asset and network congestion at the time of the transaction.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount varies by asset to ensure network fees are covered. Typically, it is around $50 equivalent for most cryptocurrencies. Please check the withdrawal page for specific limits.
